Return and refund policy

NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES: Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges UNLESS there is a mistake on the seller's behalf, such as shipping the wrong item or a product defect.To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Any signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or tampering with the product may disqualify the item from being eligible for a return or exchange. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before completing the purchase.  If you believe you are eligible for a return or exchange based on a mistake on the seller's behalf, please contact our customer service within 14 days  of receiving your order. We may require supporting documentation or evidence of the issue, such as photographs, to process your request. Returns or exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
